Refund policy
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the order amount minus a restocking fee and the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours at support@bluzonebags.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
- NOTE: In any of the cases, and when “Paid in-full” is mentioned, we reserve the right, when processing a refund, to keep up to 25% of the total amount that you originally paid as our payment gateways have their terms and now keep processing fees during refunds.
- No Refunds/Returns given after 7 days – No exceptions.
