Who is Blu Zone Bags?

We make a variety of custom made handbags, totes, key fobs and more. With a supportive family unit - I am able to do what I love.....sewing and creating quality custom made
handbags, totes and accessories, and do my best to be eco friendly to our environment.

How long have you been in business?

How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

Please allow 2 weeks to process and complete your order. You will be notified via email for any delays to this timeline.

What’s included in Blu Zone Bag's design process?

We go in person and to online stores finding the best quality fabrics to have in our inventory for you (see “Where do materials come from”).
The customer will pick out either an existing pre-made item or go through the steps to select their own personized fabrics and complete the handbag or tote purchase. We will then take those chosen fabrics and start the pattern cutout and hand stitching process.

All handbags, totes and items sold by Blu Zone Bags are Handmade.

**Changes or additions to the handbag or tote patterns will result in a processing delay or additional charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Venmo, Visa, MC

How do you price your postage?

  • Postage is determined by weight (package/box) and "ship to" location
  • Tracking can be done via (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
  • A link will be available after your purchase has been confirmed and shipped.

Do you Accept Refunds?

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the order amount minus a restocking fee and the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours at support@bluzonebags.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

  • NOTE: In any of the cases, and when “Paid in-full” is mentioned, we reserve the right, when processing a refund, to keep up to 75% of the total amount that you originally paid as our payment gateways have their terms and now keep processing fees during refunds.
  • No Refunds/Returns given after 7 days – No exceptions.

Do you offer loyalty points or reward points, gift certificates, etc.?

We do have Gift Cards available on our website in multiple denominations. As our business revenues strengthen, customer loyalty rewards will be considered.

Where do the materials come from?

Patterns, fabrics and notions are purchased via online retailers and in person in the USA and Canada (i.e. Emmaline Bags, byannie.com, Noodlehead, Pink San Beach Designs, JoAnns.com).

Acknowledgement is given to retailers for their product contribution to my store.

Where do you ship - once payment has been received?

  • From USA – All of the USA
  • From Costa Rica – All of Costa Rica

Do you offer local pickup?

During checkout, select “Local pick-up” – this must be prearranged with us to prepare for your arrival.

NOTE: There is a maximum 3 day hold on orders (from the date of order). If pick-up is not completed within this timeline, orders will be cancelled and a restocking fee will be assessed*, remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment system. *See Refunds
